With the real estate market heating up, we unexpectedly sold all our Quick Move-In Homes in February, and are a few weeks away from having our next completed model home. As such, we’ve temporarily modified our onsite hours, until Monday, March 19:
Friday, Saturday and Sunday: 1 – 4 p.m.
We’re always available for private tours, too – simply call to coordinate and we’ll set something up!
Our pop-up office is continually moving down Homestake Street, simply look for the balloons in the driveway to find us.

We have an assortment of single level paired homes (townhomes) and two-story homes under construction, with expected prices starting in the low $400k’s.
The Mesa model at 1456 W. Homestake St. (11/4) will be complete on March 19, and will likely be priced at $444,900, with the beautiful Stone design canvas, and a lovely built-in covered patio.
