Fully-covered Patios

Currently, there’s several two-story homes along Woodpine Street that each feature a fully-covered patio (see photo above). Previously, a built-in covered patio was a feature exclusively reserved for the Tucson model, but along Woodpine Street, there’s also a Mesa and Biltmore model that offer a fully-covered patio. These patios are approximately 12 x 14 in size and can accommodate most furniture configurations.
Partially-covered Patios found in single level attached and single level homes

You can find partially-covered patios in the single level-attached homes and single level homes, ranging in size from 12 x 14 to 14 x 14. These designs are ideal for seeking cover from inclement weather, space to soak up the sunshine in the summer months, or to simply watch a sunset. Many homeowners have commented that they appreciate having a covered space for patio furniture when the weather turns cold and wet.
Open and Airy Patios in most 2-story homes

Loved for their generous proportions at 12 x 14, these concrete slab patios anchor a variety of furniture, from firepit-styled dining tables to more sofa-like styles and arrangements.
