We’re excited to announce that Blackrock Homes now accepts contracts on homes at the sheetrock stage or later. Previously, homes needed to be move-in ready before pricing would be finalized and made available to purchase. However, to stay current with our fluid market, this policy has been modified.

This is your chance to get a jump start if you’ve been waiting for your Blackrock-built home to be ready to purchase. The construction timeline generally takes four months once framing starts. The sheetrock stage is usually at the halfway point – or 60 days to move-in ready.

“Homes Near Completion” are at the 60-day mark or later, and are referenced by light green shaded lots, and pricing can be determined upon request. Lots that are shaded dark green indicate the home is complete and listed on MLS; please see the Key for other color-coded references.
