Smiles Abound at Neighborhood Gathering

Homeowners had a chance to meet up at an informal gathering on October 3. The skies cleared and it was a gorgeous afternoon for enjoying our beautiful Idaho fall weather as over 40 homeowners stopped by to get acquainted with their neighbors.

The event was originally planned to be held at the Edington Park, but with the unexpected morning rainfall, one of the homeowners generously offered to host the event at her place only footsteps away. Due to close proximity, most homeowners simply walked over with some children on bikes, scooters or wagons.

Festivities included a large pink donut wall paired with apple cider – a classic fall favorite! Decorated mini pumpkins served double duty as centerpieces as well as party favors at the end of the event. Sheridan’s Patio and Furniture donated a modern pair of rope chairs for a drawing, too!

Light-hearted conversation led to emerging commonalities and neighborly pleasantries. It was a wonderful fall afternoon in Edington!
